BJP spokesperson Gaurav Bhatia said, ‘On social media platforms, BJP MP Kangana Ranaut’s statement on the agricultural bills withdrawn by the central government is going viral. I want to make it clear that this statement is her personal statement. Kangana Ranaut is not authorized to make such a statement on behalf of the BJP and it does not reflect the BJP’s view on the agricultural bills. We reject this statement.’
At the same time, sharing the video of the BJP spokesperson on her ex handle, Kangana wrote, ‘Absolutely, my views on the farmers’ laws are personal and they do not represent the party’s stand on those bills. Thank you.’

BJP 2.0 withdrew agricultural laws in 2021
It is noteworthy that Modi 2.0 of the Center had brought three agricultural laws during its second term. In protest against these three agricultural laws, farmers of many states protested fiercely on different borders of Delhi. Kangana Ranaut’s statements regarding this farmer movement have been in constant controversy even then. Due to the continuous protest of the farmers, the Narendra Modi government at the Center withdrew all three agricultural laws in 2021. Prime Minister Narendra Modi himself had announced the withdrawal of all three agricultural laws.
